Hi! My name is Ms. Celina, and I am an elementary educator with six years of teaching experience. I currently teach 2nd grade and have previously taught Kindergarten and 5th grade as well. I hold a K–6 Elementary Education teaching license with advanced standing from Montclair State University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Merrimack College. In addition to my classroom experience, I have also worked in a daycare setting with children from infancy through preschool, giving me experience supporting children at various stages of development.I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I believe every child is unique, and I strive to celebrate each child's individuality while helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. Through my experience working with children of all ages, I have developed a strong understanding of how children learn and the importance of creating positive, engaging environments where they can thrive.I provide babysitting services for infants through 4th grade, with the option to incorporate fun, age-appropriate educational enrichment activities during each visit. I also offer one-on-one tutoring for students who would benefit from additional academic support outside the classroom. Whether your child needs dependable care, homework support, skill reinforcement, or enrichment beyond the school day, I strive to provide a nurturing environment that encourages both learning and play while meeting each child's individual needs.
Tutoring
$60/hour per child

Babysitting Services
$20/hour for 1-2 children $30/hour for 3-4 children

General Information
Services are available for children from infancy through 4th grade.
Before the first visit, families should provide any important information regarding routines, medical needs, and anything else that will help me better support your child.
Please provide any necessary items your child may need during care, including diapers, wipes, snacks, meals, comfort items, or other personal belongings.
Open communication is important! Please share any updates, questions, or concerns so I can provide the best possible experience for your child.
Tutoring Services
Tutoring is available for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade in English Language Arts and Math.Sessions are personalized to support each child’s individual learning needs, strengthen academic skills, and build confidence. Families are encouraged to share any areas of focus, concerns, or goals they have for their child before the first session.To provide the best possible learning experience, families should provide a quiet, comfortable, and productive workspace with minimal distractions. A designated learning area helps children stay focused and allows us to make the most of our time together.Please have basic supplies available before the session begins, including a pencil, eraser, and sharpener. Having materials ready allows us to maximize learning time and helps children stay engaged and prepared.If more than one child is home during a tutoring session, we ask that other children remain in a separate area whenever possible to allow the student receiving tutoring the space, focus, and attention needed for a successful session.
Baby Sitting Services
Babysitting is designed to provide reliable, nurturing care in a safe and engaging environment. Care may include play, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate activities based on your child’s interests and needs.Babysitting rates are based on childcare and supervision. If you would like structured learning activities, academic support, or planned enrichment experiences, please select the appropriate enrichment or tutoring service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the booking system.
- Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee and/or impact future booking availability.
